1-3 Day Shipping -- Flat $4.00 or FREE for orders over $20.00 regardless of weight, anywhere in the contiguous United States, where available. For this shipping method, iHerb uses a combination of UPS and the Postal Service.

- If the package weighs less than 1.93 pounds, it will be shipped using First Class or Priority Mail by the US Postal Service. Delivery time is approximately one to three business days, and they also deliver on Saturdays. Please Note: Shipping to US Territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.) may take much longer and unfortunately they are not able to be tracked online.

- If the package weighs more than 1.93 pounds, it will be shipped via UPS Ground or 2nd Day. Delivery time is one to two business days. Packages are delivered Monday through Friday. 

UPS Next-Day, Economy -- Flat $8.00 Regardless of weight, anywhere in the contiguous United States -- where available. This service delivers by 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. This method may not be available for certain zip codes, the states of Hawaii and Alaska, and U.S. Territories -- such as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Guam. 

UPS Next-Day, Expedited -- Flat $12.00 Regardless of weight, anywhere in the contiguous United States -- where available. This service delivers by 10:30 a.m. (most of the time), 12 p.m. (noon), or by the end of the day, Monday through Friday, depending on the destination. This shipping method may not be available for certain zip codes, the states of Hawaii and Alaska, or U.S. Territories, such as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Guam.

Priority or First Class Airmail -- 20 lbs, max. Air mail or Priority Mail works fine for delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses, as well as street addresses. Delivery takes place Monday through Saturday. This shipping method is limited to orders that have a value of $80 or less and weigh less than 20 pounds. 

Please Note: The UPS driver may choose not to leave a package if you aren't present to sign for it. To avoid such a situation and ensure receipt of your package, you may want to use a business address.

Also Note: If your order contains products needing refrigeration, and was placed after the cut-off time of 12 pm Thursday, it won't be shipped out until Monday. (We will indicate on the web page if an item requires refrigeration by attaching the word "ice" after the product name.)
